Natali Reiner
Painting, Ceramics

**Natali Reiner** (born in 1973) is a multidisciplinary artist based in Be’er Sheva, known for her diverse works and cultural activity in the city.

Natali was born and raised in Kharkiv, in the former Soviet Union (Ukraine), and graduated from the city’s College of Art, specializing in decorative painting. In 1994, she immigrated to Israel and continued her studies at "Mimad" School of Visual Arts, within the Faculty of Graphic Design. She is currently studying ceramics at the Visual Arts School of Kaye College in Be’er Sheva.

Natali Reiner has participated in numerous exhibitions across Israel and abroad, showcasing her works in a variety of media and styles.

On May 9, 2024, she held her first solo exhibition, *"Between the Eye and the Heart"*, at the Negev Artists’ House. The exhibition featured a selection of her works, alongside personal reflections and insights into her creative process.

Later, on September 10, 2024, her second solo exhibition, *"Be’er Sheva and its People"*, opened at the Be’er Sheva Municipal Library. This exhibition is entirely dedicated to the city and its residents, reflecting the artist’s deep connection to the community and the place where she lives and creates.

Reiner’s work also carries a nostalgic thread, expressed through the collection and preservation of traditional Ukrainian decorative arts. This passion bridges her early training in painting with her current work in ceramics and is evident in a series of ceramic vessels she has designed, adorned with traditional Ukrainian motifs.

The stylized floral ornaments in her work are reimagined as large, free-flowing flower paintings, bursting with life in wild, multi-layered, and dissonant color palettes — a powerful visual expression of the essence of growth.
